Eng. Delcho NIKOLOV is Chairperson of the Management Board of Asarel-Medet JSC
Member of the Management Board of the Bulgarian Chamber of Mining and Geology since 2017 as a representative of Ore Mining sector.
He was born on September 7, 1958 in the town of Panagyurishte. Graduated in Mining Engineering at St. Ivan Rilski University of Mining and Geology in Sofia.
He has been working at Assarel-Medet JSC since 1980 consecutively as a section manager, Assarel Mine Manager, Technological Development Unit Manager and Operations and Technical Activities Director.
In 2011, he became a General Director and since 2014 he is a member of the Management Board and Executive Director until january 4-th 2023.
On November 20, he was elected Chairperson of the Management Board of Asarel-Medet JSC.
Member of the Scientific Technical Union in Mining, Geology and Metallurgy.
Eng. Nikolay Peltekov is the Executive Director of Asarel-Medet JSC and a member of the company's Management Board
He was born on December 5, 1971 in Panagyurishte and graduated in Integration Mechanization and Conveyor Lines from St. Ivan Rilski University of Mining and Geology.
Eng. Nikolay Peltekov has been part of the company's team since 1997 and was elected General Director of Asarel-Medet JSC on February 15, 2022 having previously been Director of Maintenance and Repairs Activities for three years.
He demonstrated his professionalism during his career path as a long-term member of the senior management team of Asarel-Medet JSC.
Mr. Peltekov began his professional development as a machine fitter and technician at the Asarel Mine and subsequently headed the Cyclic Conveyor System and West Dump area. He also headed the Concentrator Plant Maintenance and Repairs Workshop, Maintenance and Repairs Department and Maintenance and Repairs Engineering Department
